Role Objective:
As an SEO Strategist, you’ll be responsible for researching, developing, and refining strategic approaches to bolster our clients’ organic traffic to ensure they not only rank but stand out distinctively against their competitors.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management: Maintain and manage relationships with between 10 and 15 different clients, ensuring their individual needs and objectives are met with precision and enthusiasm.
Initial Client Setup: Work intimately with clients during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and to lay the foundation for an effective SEO strategy.
Keyword Research & Strategy: Research and refine a list of high-quality keywords that have the potential to drive a high volume of relevant traffic to clients’ sites.
Content Calendar Creation: Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of SEO content.
Content Brief Production: Produce detailed content briefs, offering clear and concise guidance for clients to generate content that aligns with the overarching SEO strategy.
Tracking Implementation & Technical Oversight: Collaborate with the technical team to establish precise and efficient analytics and tracking implementation. Work closely with the team to address and prioritise client's technical requests, ensuring that they are promptly attended to and effectively managed.
Off-Page Strategy Coordination: Work in tandem with the off-page team to strategise and develop the link-building approach tailored to specific pages and desired outcomes.
Client Reporting: Spearhead monthly client reporting calls and take them through the data-driven insights and performance metrics. Utilise our cutting-edge Google Looker Studio (integrated with Google Analytics, Search Console, and our proprietary rank tracking tool) to deliver these insights.

Proven background in an SEO-focused role.
Strong understanding of the SEO landscape and the nuances of on-page and off-page techniques.
Exceptional communication skills, adept at fostering client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Proficiency in popular SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, and alike.
Proficiency in analysing and interpreting website analytics.
Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client objectives.
A proactive approach, with the capability of managing multiple projects and clients concurrently.
Dedication to ongoing learning and staying updated with the ever-evolving world of SEO.
Knowledge or basic understanding of paid search.
