Job Description
We are looking for experienced and motivated HR Advisors to join our Head Office team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Human Resources professional to play a key role in supporting our people strategy, advising managers, and ensuring the effective management of employee relations across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to handle complex employee relations matters. You will work closely with managers, HR Coordinators, and union representatives, contributing to a positive working environment and the ongoing success of our organisation.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Managing a wide range of HR queries and identifying employee development needs.
Providing advice, support, and guidance to HR Coordinators.
Leading Employment Relations cases, including grievances, investigations, and complex disciplinary matters up to and including dismissal.
Conducting welfare meetings and making referrals to Occupational Health where appropriate.
Supporting and guiding Managers and Supervisors, building and maintaining strong working relationships across the management team.
Liaising with employee union representatives on relevant cases.
Managing TUPE processes (both in and out), including consultation with employees, issuing correspondence, and coordinating with incumbent companies.
Consulting with employees regarding site closures, organisational changes, and amendments to shift patterns.
